I need you to clear my name

I have been requesting that debt rescue remove me from debt review i dont wish to continue anymore days after applying because when I app**** I didnt know what it meant to be under debt administration but then they couldnt help and years went by I asked again but told me that I should sent them clearance letter from the company I owe then I tried to contact letsatsi finance to see how much is outstanding on my account from them because with them also they have no idea how much i owe them and I again contacted debt rescue sending them the email i received from letsatsi but they still cant remove my name and its affecting me badly because I cant get financial assistance anywhere due to the 2 companies and no matter how many times I contact debt rescue they dont want to help me. its over 6 years now
