I have dealt with Shannon-Lee Vorster who has been helpful in answering my questions and sending me the documents I requested. I cannot fault her. But in general Debt Rescue does not tell you all the pro's and con's before you sign up with them. They make you sign all the documents confirming you have read everything, but in terms of one on one explanations, they do not tell you that more than half of your payment goes towards their fees. I think a Debt Review company should be your very last resort.
