I do not regret choosing Debt Rescue as my debt counsellor. My decision was based on their positive reviews, and they truly lived up to them. Their service has been professional, efficient, and supported by excellent communication. I would like to thank Elrese Lensley for her outstanding support during the proposal restructuring process. She was always available to assist me and willingly guided me even when queries were not directly assigned to her. Her support made the journey much easier. I also appreciate Lucy Davids for her consistent communication and assistance from day one, especially in coordinating the court process and ensuring everything was handled smoothly. Since joining Debt Rescue, my stress has significantly reduced. I no longer receive calls from creditors, I can meet my basic living needs, and paying only 70% of my previous instalments has made a big difference. I am truly happy with my decision.
