I called them regarding a loan i had settled
I called them regarding a loan i had settled. I spoke to a lady by the name of Pearl. She was very polite and informed me of how the process works in detail. It is very refreshing to talk to a call centre individual that really understood my needs and was able to assist me in a friendly and helpful manner.
