I am writing to express my frustration in dealing with Debt Rescue South Africa
I am writing to express my frustration in dealing with Debt Rescue South Africa. I have been with them since 2018 and all accounts have been settled. This was completed in 2024. It has been almost a year and I have still not received my clearance certificate. I am still listed on my credit profile as being under debt review. When you enquire the matter gets "escalated " but that is where it ends. Apparently they are waiting on a paid up letter from one of my creditors. I'll reiterate it again... its been almost a year.. I have never experienced such bad service from any other service provider.
