I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Debt Rescue

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Debt Rescue. I have been with them since 2019. I have had to notify them when an account was been over paid and then had to keep asking when they were going to request a refund. Now another account that has been paid for past 4 years that I queried about balance owing I get told that is what company says balance is. Nobody from Debt Rescue is even trying to find out what happened to all the money paid already.
