I am a Customer Service Manager working with international clients, and I have targets set to meet and exceed my customers expectations, basically I know what is required for my customers. Working with Rochelle at Debt Resuce has been a really pleasant experience when I lost my job earlier this year and needed to enter debt review to secure all my assets. She has gone beyond expectations and always made sure I was kept in the loop which is something I really appreciated. Alot of employees in her organisation can surely learn a thing or two from her.
