Horrific service once again.Second time in less than a month!!!!!

Good day This is now my 2nd compliant about Debt rescue poor customer service in just 2 weeks.After my first complaint on Hello peter Debt rescue phoned me the following day to apologize for the service i have received.Spoke to a consultant lady wich requested the documents needed to resolve my complaints regarding Debtors and attorneys phoning me where i have been handed over for accounts in arears whereby monies not been paid over to my Debtors by Debt Rescue.The Consultant phoned me back where she told me that my one account has been sorted out and i do not need to worry,then my other account will be investigated.I gave here the relevant information requested.I emailed her a week afterwards to follow up to where i stand with the attorneys on the last account,till today i have not received any feedback or a phone call from her.Just shows u how unprofessional Debt rescue is.I just receive poor service from them year in and out.I do no recommend them to any future client out there.
