Horrible service from Debt resue

I Placed myself under debt rescue on the 09/03/2016 as i was bnot able to pay my accounts This year by end of June i settled all outstanding loans and I was cleared. Debt rescue failed to send my clearance certificate on time the number of times i called they informed me they waiting for paid up letters delaying my process even more. The begining of August i wanted to apply for a bond as i am clear now however my nightmare started all over again. The clearance certificates was never send to the relevant departments up until now I have been running around trying to get my name clear as i am missing out on my appotunity to apply for any credit.This morning Transunion send me my updated resport but still the hold is still imposed on my name I am so Appauled and disgusted with the service that i would not recommend anyone using their service they are pathetic and inconsiderate towards you.
