HORRIBLE SERVICE

January 2019, I contacted Debt Rescue. At the time, ALL my accounts have been up to date, the only problem I had, was that I did not have any money left to live from. Debt Rescue promised me that within 5 years, ALL my debt would have been paid. Then I noticed, that they do not pay my accounts properly. I cleared one account on my own. Then beginning of this year, I cleared another THREE of my accounts. Last year, I wanted to cancel Debt Rescue, then I got told I have to pay them R4000 to cancel, but also, if not, then I will still have to pay another 9 years!!! What happened to their promises? Then I got retrenched, and asked for a payment holiday. Which has been approved. And lo and behold, Debt Rescue STILL DEBITED MY ACCOUNT!!! How is that for service? You suck. Big time. And I still want the hell out of this. I am taking this further with my lawyer. Empty promises. Bad service. I actually want to rate you ZERO.
