Horrible horrible service

So a few weeks ago I posted a review on the bad service with debt rescue, they called and said I must email them and they will assist. Guess what nothing has been done and I am getting very concerned and angry.

I am getting calls from creditors to say they not being paid and yet guess what our money comes off without a glitch on the 1st of every month. So my question is where is our money going. And for 2 months no statement from the PDA. Something here is showing red flags.

What would be the best course of action as when requesting help you get NONE, NADA.
