Horrible experience
I've been in contact with them from end of March to get the balance of my accounts paid up and to ensure my debit doesn't go off in May I've been ignored and given generic responses They over paid a couple of my accounts even though they received the correct balances I was advised by the ombudsman that I need to have a formal complaint before I can log the complaint with them
