Horrible customer service
Decent company until you need to try contact customer support for anything. Another example of a business that feels like they are only willing to pay 1 person to deal with tens of thousands of client requests. WhatsApp agent takes hours to respond (if they respond at all) and landline is always busy or has an issue that you can't call through to.
After receiving confirmation on the WhatsApp chat that my loan had been paid off and that my debit order date was being moved, I now sit here 2 weeks later with neither of these being done and unable to speak to any person about it
