Horrible Customer Service

I received my paid up letter (with a huge struggle) in December 2023. Mr Price was one of the accounts that was paid up in 2021..Guess what! I was handed over to attorneys in Jan of 2024. I have sent it to them to resolve and the ticket was closed after they stated they have sent the paid up letter to the attorneys. I have since heard nothing. Please just stay away, Debt Rescue's customer service is non existent and I feel sorry for the few (maybe a hand full) employees who actually do their job.
