Horrible company with no assistance

I have been under debt review with this company for about 2 years now. as financial circumstances have changed, I asked if my debt review amount can be looked at again as I am not able to pay the R6000 amount anymore I am currently paying. I sent an email on the 3rd May and only got a response on the 15th May (this is because I complained on their website) saying that in order for them to review the amount I am paying ,I need to pay R3000 in legal fees as this is a court order that has already been granted and they cannot just change the amount. I asked the lady Cecilia Naledzani who emailed me where I must get R3000 if I cannot even keep up with R6000 I am already paying them monthly. I also asked if she could tell me how long I still need to pay the R6000 every month. Of course yet again no response till today. I will advise anyone not to go under debt review and if you do not have a choice ,then do not do it with Debt Rescue. They are just interested in collecting their fees monthly and are happy to help when you sign up but long down the road they do not want to assist their clients.
