Having a good consultant when in debt review

After a very depressing start with the agent who processed my application, George Best (funny his surname betrays him), I was introduced to a few consultants who managed to instill hope in the process. However, the one who has made this process more promising is a very sweet and professional Cornelia Werth.

Whether I email or call about something I need clarity on and if it happens that I cannot get through her, as soon as she gets the message she emails or calls back. She has made this process really painless and assuring and I know there are few more good ones in the company.
