Great Service received

Last year I made the decision to go under debt rescue. This was not an easy decision to make but it had to be done. After submitting my request I could feel relief immediately. Everything was going ok until I noticed that the premium I am paying was to high.No Yearly increase in salary, new born baby, hospital bills that did not get covered by medical aid. Anyway I submitted a reduction in Payments and stipulated exactly what I can afford. Not knowing if they would accept my new offer because I was only under debt rescue for 7 months, I got a pleasant email saying that they can see my circumstances has changed and they will go to my credit providers and help in payment reduction.

I can now breath a lot easier and I am sleeping like a baby, knowing that Debt Rescue actually does have my best interest in heart. the Lady that works in the Legal department Shirley Brooks, kept me informed through the whole process. Requesting all supporting documents helping me fill in all required information in the correct order. She was and is extremely helpful.
