Great service from Marlize

Following my complaint here about the apathetic service from consultants and my frustrations, I was contacted by Marlize van Wyk. She has been exceptional in her service and has gone above and beyond to assist me. My rating is 4 stars, I would give Marlize 10 if I could, but she is one individual. Something needs to be done to address the rest of the staff that do not assist customers so that it does not escalate to this level where other people are putting out fires.
