The service has been amazing. From the moment I reached out for help I was assisted with nothing but love and patience. Kwenziwe Mthembu answered all my questions no matter how many there were and she had all the patience in the world. She never made me feel embarrassed about my situation and never judged me for anything. She even reaches out daily to ensure everything is okay and that I am okay. It really is wonderful to have a consultant that assists you with such love and care and not just because she has to.
