Grateful for service by Memory Oosthuizen
I have been struggling to get a flag lifted at ICT. Within 2 days Memory Oosthuizen manage to short out the problem for me. I could just hear the passion in her voice for what she does. She really went out of her way and spent lost of time with me with phone calls and follow up emails, Thank you Memory keep up the good work
