GRACE NYAME is an asset and a star! Grace assisted me early on in the process and assured me that if I had any questions/ queries I can always reach out. since then if I reached out to debt rescue and cc'd Grace, even if it was not her department that was able to assist, she always responded on my mails and assured me which department will assist. I cannot say the same about the others. She keeps to her word; she is honorable and has integrity. She goes the extra mile and always sets my mind at ease. she is an absolute asset to this company and gives excellent and efficient service every time through amazing communication.
