What an absolute pleasure dealing with Shammie from the legal department. This young lady really bent over backwards when assisting me even when managers did not care at all to call back, Shammie would keep her promises and keep me updated all through the process. Shammie would call whenever she said she would and explain everything to me as well as provide advice. I hope Shammie gets the recognition she deserves as she was the only person who managed to keep me on as a client, if it was not for her, I would have cancelled the process and used a different provider.
