Never ever use this paople. They just take your money and do not do what they are getting paid for. In Feb 2019 I was supposed to make my final payment. Then they suddenly the final payment went from R4000 to R32000. When I questioned this they told me they will freeze the account till sorted out. Almost every second week I would sent a email to hear what is going on and the reply would just be it has been handed over to their accounts department. In month 2 I received an email that they are terminating my account with them due to none payment. The banks attournyes started phoning me and sending me emails. I told them the story and they said the last payment they received was in Des the previous year. I then contacted Debt rescue about this and they just said they will look into it. The bank phoned me a week or two later and told me that my account was paid in full. But it is now 2021 and my credit record still says I am under Debt review. I have sent all paid uo letters to them in 2019 and again this year and I just get no response from them. Please please people DO NOT USE THEM!!
