FRUSTRATED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT

When we hit a very bad patch end of 2016, we thought going under debt review will be the best. It has been an absolute nightmare! We are in year 8.... we pay every month and debt rescue and the PDA takes their cut every month too. It was only when I started asking questions that we realised that never did anyone at Debt rescue check whether the Creditors were following the court order. SOME creditors not charging the correct interest rates... FNB changing accounts into different loans with different interest rates that was initially accepted.

PDA overpaying 3 loans for a whole year, and now it's a struggle to get this particular creditor to pay back the money.

Had to do a complete recon from start to finish and begging for balances to be updated. Example... car paid off... we have received paid up letters... but the PDA still shows we owe over R60k.

We have one lady who is trying to help...but it's not a priority. Asked to be escalated to management... but nothing. Getting emails that says the query has been resolved... by and Erika...but never even received any communication from this person.... 7 months down the line... and still not resolved. Banks charging us interest 3 to 4 times a month! Debt rescue never even picked up...at this going rate we will be paying untill we are dead.

Hiring a lawyer to help which of course means we pay extra! Can we send you the bull Debt Rescue as you weren't doing your job.

This is absolutely frustrating... and we are now thinking of going straight to the media and social media.... we are sure there are more people who's been experiencing this.
