FRUSTRATED, DISAPPOINTED, DEFEATED!!!
I have been in a back and forth with Stefanie since March ‘24 regrading the one and only loan still outstanding on debt review. This loan in particular has INCREASED by +/- R40 000 in the past 5 years, at what point is it going to be decreasing and I will be debt free?
I was then informed that I “may” have to go to the ombudsman MYSELF regrading, this matter - WHY MUST I GO?! What is Debt rescue being paid for monthly? Then I receive an email regarding the updated about on the loan, email ends off with “Hope all is in order” - NO! ALL IS NOT IN ORDER!!!
It is absolutely unacceptable, that is loan is climbing by the day with interest, at not point was I advised we need to readdress your payment structure etc etc.
I highly suggest Debt rescue gets one of your “Highly qualified attorneys or trained individuals to sort this matter out!!!!
