Frustrated and miserable

I have been with debtrescue 2 years untill my debt was paid its been almost a year but me and my husbands name has not been cleared i have sent emails but get no response from them they are putting my whole life on hold i cant apply for home financing or anything when i joined i was promised that after paying all my stuff my name would be cleared and credit score would be back to normal it was just a lie.....
