For your own sanity, PLEASE AVOID this company at ALL costs!

Since going under debt administration through Debt Rescue in late 2019, my life got from bad to worse due to their very poor after-service. So, within the first 5 months I decided to abandon their administration and go it alone. In the past 12 months I managed to get my life together, and was eventually granted a court order on 03 March 2021, declaring me not over indebted. I forwarded this order to Debt Rescue on the 10th March 2021, asking them to issue a 17.W(d) form and clear my name with the credit bureaus. To date a month later, they still have not cleared my name with the credit bureaus. After numerous requests and reminders from myself and my attorneys, they either ignored the emails, rep**** with ******** responses, or sent wrong documents, while still not updating the NCR systems! PLEASE, for your own sanity, AVOID this company at all costs!
