FNB outstanding debt - Legal Collection

I have lodge numerous queries with Debt Rescue with regards to FNB outstanding debts and legal actions that have been taken against us by the credit provider. I have requested on numerous occasions that a Manager of Debt Rescue contact me with regards to outstanding debts, to resolve the issue at hand and to contact FNB and the attorneys in this regard. The court order letter has been sent to GL Attorneys, but I am still being contacted by the attorneys. In the meantime my husband also received communication from Ramdup Attorneys to confirm he has been handed over for legal collection for FNB outstanding debt. Furthermore, I received an e-mail from Debt Rescue confirming (please see response from FNB regarding the status of accounts and kindly note the credit balances will be refunded back to IPDA and distributed against other credit providers). I do not know what this FNB feedback entails as it was not attached to the e-mail I have received from Debt Rescue. I need someone from Debt Rescue in a authority position to contact me urgently regarding the FNB outstanding debts and legal collections taken against me and my husband.
