Find a company that is trusted instead

Great at getting you set up to pay them and starting the debt review process, but terrible customer service after that. They will call you frequently in the beginning. Once you are a paying regular customer: You won't be able to get a straight answer to any questions and it will be a week later that they answer. Whatsapp queries they, again, only assist to get you set up, anything else gets the standard response that they will urgently attend to your query, which they never attend to.

They still charge interest on your debt and therefore you will pay less per month but will end up paying for 6+ more years than you were going to... you will get different answers to queries regarding the end date of the review.

Its a dangerous company to trust.
