Feedback regarding the Debt restructuring program with Debt Rescue

I have now finished my debt restructuring program with Debt rescue and i am awaiting my clearance to be updated with I.T.C. I found that initially the consultants were very helpful and speedy in the application process. As the program progressed I felt ease and I had no creditor contact me any longer. This has been a lengthy process but the end result is great relief. With the conclusion of this process I have however discovered that one of my creditors has been paid in excess and we are now busy fixing this but it wouldst have been initiated without my persistence and this is a bit disappointing. It took 4 months to initiate the closing of the program after the last account was paid. Also I had to chase up numerous times to get my paid up letters and certificates and I feel that the company dropped the ball a bit there. Fortunately a lady by the name of Hanifa in the customer services department diligently helped me with every email and helped things along faster than it would have been if we have not intervened. All in all I am glad for their assistance and for this period of relief. Now to get my life back on track.
