extremly bad admin service ever

i joined Debt rescue in 2014 November and was promised that my debts will be paid every month and was promised that my installments will be reduced and a court order will be granted with a minimum interest rate where the credit providers will agree to it . in 2015 i noticed that non of my accounts are not reduced i am still in the same debt as i was when i entered i called them and raised my concerns they told me that the first year i will be paying the interest and once a court Oder is in place they i will stat seeing the deference fair enough . in 2016 i called and raised the same concerns they told me that there is no court Oder in place yet i had to call them every week to follow up on i started calling everyday and things started happening . This i no for a fact i dont remember calling debt rescue and ask to speak to a manager and spoke to one . every time i called they told me that they will call me and they never did. i called them last year and ask to them to get me my statements as i wanted to start settling my accounts one by one . they told me that they will send me the settlement letters and i waited the whole year and nothing happened i tell you every time when i called them i raised the the concern that why is my capitec account still standing on the same amount it used to be when i joined some accounts i see them going a bit down but the capitec one is not going down the response that i get will be i will follow up and get back to you for the past years that is the response that i get. i stated calling my creditors my self as i see that no one cares about my concerns at debt rescue, i got all the settlement letters by my self and stated to paying them off one by one . guess what to my shocking horror the capitec account that i have been paying for the past 3 years has not moved even by one cent instate it is more . i called debt rescue and the they told me that they are buzy investigating the matter. i called capitec they advised me that the agreed to the proposal amount of a lower interest with debt rescue i have the email to prove it, when debt rescue send the court order they know have a defferent interest rate of 32 percent and capitec agreed to 7.4 someone in debt rescue didn't do their job well there and now it is costing me the client . i wanted to now all this years when i called them and asked them to investigate why they never did that . this matter was in 2014 AND ITS NOW 2018 . WHO LOOKS AFTER OUR ACCOUNTS ONCE WE ARE PLACED UNDER DEBT REVIEW AND WHY MUST I DO EVERYTHING MY SELF IF I AM PAYING YOU A FEE I SPOKE TO JAVON, JOSEPH AND TSHEGOFATSO, THE MATTER IS WITH THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT FOR WHAT . WHY IS NO ONE CALLING ME WHY IS NO FEED BACK THIS MATTER HAS BEEN INVESTIGATED FOR EVER WHy IF CAPITEC AGREED TO A LOWER INTERST RATE WHY ARE YOU PUTTING IT HIGH . I THOUGHT THE JOB OF DEBT RESCUE WAS TO MAKE US GET OUT OF DEBT NOT PAY MORE . I NEED A MANAGER TO CALL ME AND NOT A CONSULTANT AS THEY WILL NEVER CALL YOU. SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY ON THIS MATTER AS I WILL NOT SETTLE CAPITEC THE AMOUNT i OWED THEM 3 YEARS AGO , WHILE I PAYED THEM EVERY MONTH . DEBT RESCUE I VOTED YOU AND TRUSTED YOU. YOU FAILED ME IN THE MOST COSTLY WAY . THE RESPONSE THAT I NEED IS FOR YOU TO SEND ME THE NEW SETTLEMET LETTER FROM CAPITEC WITH A DEFFRENT AMONT BEFORE FRIDAY I GAVE THE WHOLE MONTH TO DEAL WITH THIS . JOSEPH YOU PROMISED TO CALL ME ON FRIDAY I CALLED YOU 3 TIMES AND YOU NEVER CALLED ME BACK . DEBT RESCUE I NEED A RESPOND ON THIS MATTER URGENTLY AND I DONT WANT TO HEAR THE WORK WE ARE INVESTIGATING YOUR MATTER AS I CAN BUILD A HOUSE WITH THOSE PROMISED WORDS . A VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED CLIENT OF 4 YEARS WITH YOU.
