Extremely unhappy with debt rescue south africa

On the 01 April 2020 and the 30 April 2020, the monthly payment to my creditors was deducted from IPDA. On the 18 April 2020, I enquired why aren't the creditors paid, I was informed about NCR 20 days waiting period for payments and that my creditors will be paid. I want to settle the outstanding accounts but according to the balances received from the various creditors I cant see any payments from debt rescue. This makes it difficult to settle the accounts which I really want to do.

I'm unhappy about the way my accounts are being handled and when I request from debt rescue statements about the outstanding balances the amounts always differ from the information I receive from the creditors. What is making me worried is that the debit order has been being deducted from my account and but no payment are made to the creditors.
