Extremely unhappy client

I have now been struggling since the 1st of April to get my refund back. All I get are excuses from the client service department. Nedbank had to pay back my refund for money they deducted while under debt review. Everytime I call or email the debt rescue consultants, they just tell me they will follow up, but nothing is being done. I need this refund that should have been paid on the 1st of April. I am not happy with the service I have been receding.
