Extremely disappointing

Anyone considering Debt Rescue as your Debt Counselors, DONT! Customer service is non existant to say the least. I had my debit order taken off early in December and reversed this due to my work contract ending. I did email numerous parties multiple times explaining the situation but no feedback. Next thing I got was a suspension letter! Again an email. No Response. Another email asking what I can do again no response. Eventually I received an email advising I was terminated and should pay Hyphen directly as Debt Rescue SA has withdrawn as my debt counselors! You dont respond to emails or provide any service but one default payment results in a termination???? I am extremely disappointed seeing that I emailed Emmaculate, Marilise and Chris, numerous times. Not even one reply! I have paid HYPHEN directly (btw I paid more than arrears amount). I sent proof to both Emmaculate and Chris asking where to send this seeing Debt Rescue SA is no longer my counselors but as per the norm they simply IGNORE emails. Thanks Debt Rescue SA, not only have you lost a client but I will advise anyone who ever asks to STAY AWAY!
