Exceptional service delivery Debt Rescue
Good day. I am a debt review client of Debt Rescue since late 2018 and very happy that I am almost done with the whole process and to get back to normal life after. In my years with this company, I had a few challenges regarding debtors who do not comply always as per court orders and balances not updated and so on, making it stressful in thinkink that you will never be able to be paid up by them. I had the honor to meet Marlize Van Wyk during a previous confrontation with Debt review as a senior consultant for customer care if I remembered correctly and were in communication with her ever since.
The service she rendered to me were exceptional, professional and to the intrest of my profile. She did not only managed to solve my concerns, but also managed to get my updates and disputes with the debtors and I could see reduced amounts from my reports which made me feel that the process is good again. She still keeps me updated and I am looking forward in going the way forward with her for my last few months until my name is cleared.
