Exceptional Service
Hi very rarely do you come across people in business these days that are professional, kind, efficient and genuinely go out of their way to help you. The staff member I'm talking about is Memory Oosthuizen. I phoned I'm to enquire about getting my clearance certificate. There were some challenges. Out of the blue I got a call from Memory that afternoon offering to assist and she has. Good customer service is rare. Great customer service is even rarer. She is such an asset to your company. It's been a pleasure dealing wirh her.
