Exceptional Customer Care
I had to take the brave decision of joining debt rescue due to unforseen or plan circumstances. I had numerous issues with the process at the start until Rochelle von Molendorff intervened. She was kind, compassionate and advocated for me on the a different level.
The stress relief felt with her assistance has been phenomenal.
She is outstanding and I definitely hope she gets a reward for her outstanding customer care.
