I would like to thank Memory Oosthuisen for walking the extra mile. I've been struggling with a credit provider for months,, Memory contacted me, apologise for the inconvenience and assure me that she will sort out the mess. She kept her word and the assistance of other departments who fight the battle to sort out my issue.
