<p>I would like to appreciate Hanifa Khan for an excellent customer service.</p> <p>she was very helpful and went all out of the way to assist me.</p> <p>her effeciancy resulted in speedy resolution of the query i had with fnb.</p> <p>when i called her to explain how desprate i was her response gave me confidance that she is identifying with me and my frustration as a customer and assisted me.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />she is an asset to the company and deserve to be rewarded and recognised.</p> <p>thank you Hanifa and keep up the good attitude.. you have the spirit of Ubuntu.
