Excellent Service
Had such a good experience getting a clearance certificate from Debt Rescue. Everyone was very efficient and very helpful, starting with Bongani Msiza, and the whole process was seamless. One Clearance Administrator in particular was exceptional - Shasha-Lee Gordon. I had problems getting one last clearance letter and she contacted the organisation and escalated it for me. Received the letter within 24 hours (after asking for 3 weeks) and my clearance has now been approved. She was highly efficient and beyond helpful. I wish more companies could learn from Debt Rescue and their team.
