Excellent Customer Skills
I recently left my job due to personal reasons, currently being on debt rescue, i decided to call the call centre hoping to get someone friendly and understanding, and i did thank God. I spoke to Jacqueline **** and she was very sympathetic and helpful at the same time, thank you so much for your professionalism it means a lot
