Excellent Customer service from Stephanie Rossouw
I am currently under debt review and it is almost coming to an end so I had a few concerns and have been emailing with an agent by the name of Stephanie Rossouw and she has been absolutely amazing and so helpful, she responds to each of my emails meticulously and always on time ,I did not sense any kind of impatience or not wanting to assist on her end, she is definitely on of the most helpful people I have encountered, I work in retail so I am aware of customer service and she is a perfect example of one
