At the start, all were unknown to me, and a lot of stories run around on what to do and not to do. This had a confusing outlook for me. My path crossed with SHAMMIE MOONSAMY - After Care Specialist at the Customer Service Department in October 2019. I explained my concerns, and she guide me every time on the correct path. When something new came up, Shammie stood out like a beacon to guide me again. After all these years, she answered every e-mail that was send to her with the utmost respect, and dearness. Shammy, may you be a great inspiration for others to follow in your footsteps!
