Excellent customer service
My initial interaction with Debt Rescue was disappointing and would have deserved a one star rating. Responses from Debt Rescue only followed after numerous demands from ourselves. However, I then made contact with Memory Oosthuizen and she immediately changed may experience from a one star to a five star. She was very helpful from the start and proactively guided me through the process, I needed to follow. She gave we crucial information which I have not received from any other consultant. Excellent customer service which should be standard practice within Debt Rescue.
