Excellent Customer Service
Simphiwe Nkaletsi has shown excellent customer service in helping me understand easily the formulae used to redistribute funds of a settled account to the remaining unsettled accounts which has taken customer agents over a year from 2025 August to simply do as Simphiwe did in a few minutes. Simphiwe showed interest to understand my request before providing a clear explanation of the procedure, than just to direct me at the one-line court order like customer agents did when handled my query delaying for a year. Simphiwe's customer service and query handling skills can be helpful if spread across the company, especially to agents/department that delayed my query for a year. Kudos to Simphiwe!
