Everything they say they are and more

<p>Having to phone a debt reviw councilor is never easy, but one I took the choice to doit because life just caught up with me. With heavy heart I scanned the internet and phoned Debt Rescue. It was an amazing feeling knowing that much of my stress was taken away from me, the staff at Debt Rescue from the start were so helpful, kind and totally understanding. </p> <p>I paid the agreed amount for over a year, during that time when ever I had an issue I knew I could just pick up the phone and they would help. If they could not help right away they would tell me they would get back to me, and they actually did!! </p> <p>In a big company, like Dedt Rescue, one would think you just get lost and shuffled from one counicler to the next, but I always had one person I could talk to. If I did not email her, I could phone. I suppose the reason why I write this review is to give a massive shout out for the lady that helped me with so much, so well.</p> <p>Bernice Vermaak, nothing was too much trouble for you. Sometimes I put the phone down after speaking to her and i just knew how much work i had just laid on her, True as her word she did it all with cheerful voice and caring spirit. And with such experdiance too I may add. Bernice you are a super star! You really made me feel like this experience was not done by just me and me alone, you were with me step by step. Thank you so very much!</p> <p>Just an added note: I did have another Councilor but she left the company. Michelle was great too.</p> <p>So who ever trains Debt Rescues staff needs a round of applause. Further more if I were Debt Rescues competition, go get yourself into debt and let this company take care of you just so you can learn what real customer service really is!</p> <p>I am now two months debt free.</p> <p>Thank you again for your fantastic service.</p> <p>PS.
