End processing delayed
When it is time to be released from the process, it becomes a hassle. I made an enquiryon 6 December regarding my account that stayed the same despite me paying it. It was refered to ABSA and so far between Debt Rescue and Absa, I only receive automated emails. According to my November statement, I should have paid my last installment in December. Now it is bein dragged out, by not updating my statement and giving me true reflections of my final amounts. I think I should give my past 7 years to an auditor to recon, for how many times have the account been delayd or nor updated? I need to know by when this process will be complete and why it is dragging out or not being updated monthly. Suddenly I havr two more months to pay? I need clarity. I give my second case number, since I did not receive one when I called on the 6th.
