EMPTY PROMISES - MORE STRESS - MORE SLEEPLESS NIGHTS - DEBT RESCUE

I am still waiting for Debt Rescue to give me feedback for my creditor Standard Bank. I was handed over last year 2020 to Standard Bank's Attorneys.... harassing me for payments. Me paying Debt Rescue every month in full to distribute. More than a year have past. I have done my part as an honest citizen and and my rights have been violated. Your terms and conditions offering is not what it seems. Peace of mind? No nightmares is more like it. September 17th 2021, I have send an email to ask yet again my status. Last email I received was saying they are waiting for Standard Bank for feed back. Still nothing. Every time someone complain about Debt Rescue an automated system response " We did not mean to cause you any harm" I must confess I will not refer anyone to them. Who protects our consumer rights? Who back's us up if we need to fend for our selves? I have 1 payment left towards my debt at Debt Rescue......... and still I am in the dark. WHERE IS THE MONEY? Resulting in frustration and questions.
