It's a wonderful feeling being debt free in all aspects. Ashnie Naidoo from the clearance department got me over the finishing line like a true champion. Truthfully she exceeded my expectations. My onboarding journey with the company was a failure from the start, but Ashnie saved her organization from a very negative review about their business operations, etc.
In conclusion...ask for Ashnie when you reach the end of your journey with debt.

However your organization, specifically your on boarding/sales department was atrocious. My enquiry/quote ended up with me being put under debt review and disputing the process failed because the actual consultant resigned.
