Dysfunctional Process & Lack of Communication
Keep requesting documentation as "These documents are still outstanding" even though they were never requested. Manipulated the supp**** budget with higher values which are now causing me to have to justify the values they "cooked". Lack of communication & acknowledgement when submitting documents. The process & service is pathetic to say the least.
